About Us
The goal of the schoolhouse is to provide a small event space with BIG charm. A place that will let you connect with the rural environment and get a fresh breath of air.
Gaze out the window at gardens and animals grazing.
Our space is built with sustainability in mind. The original house was built in the 40s as a small farmhouse. The lumber is rough sawn from trees on the property.
Over the years the house saw neglect, but we've given it some much needed love and brought it back to its glory. At the same time, we did that we focused on sustainability.
From the floors to tgrey water systems we have made every effort to buy sustainably made products. To close the loop on landfills and sewage.
All water in the building is used for our gardens and perennial plants. The compost will be used to fertilize the plants.
